IEEE EVENT REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of IEEE policies is required to register for this event. By submitting your registration details, you acknowledge that: You have read and are in agreement with the Event Terms and Conditions listed below.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All fees are quoted in € Euros (EUR) are inclusive of Estonian VAT.
Early Bird Registrations must be paid in full by 12 July 2026 in order to receive the discounted rate.

  • Sponsoring Society Member Rate
    ​To be eligible for the IEEE Sponsor Society Member Registration rates, registrants must been active member of IEEE industrial Electronics Society (IES), Industry Applications Society (IAS) or be a PEMC Council Member (PEMC-C).
  • IEEE Member Rate
    To be eligible for the IEEE Member rate, registrants must be an active member of IEEE.
  • Non-Member Rates
    A non-member is defined as a delegate attending IEEE PEMC 2026 who is neither a member of the IEEE nor a full-time student.
  • Student Rate
    A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognized tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the discounted rate and will be required to upload a copy of their student identification. Student fee does not include paper registration.
DISCLAIMER
All best efforts will be made to present the programme as published on the Conference website. The Conference and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the event, for any cause beyond it's reasonable control. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee and the Conference Organizers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Conference does cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.

Conference Policies
Each Author Registration is valid for 1 paper submission of 6 pages length. Additional and over length papers are subject to extra fees. Please note that all delegates registered as members will be checked against the IEEE membership database. Those who are not members will be contacted and required to pay the additional fee for a non-member registration. If this is not paid your registration may be cancelled with an administrative fee of 50% the original item deducted.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by August 20, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of 50% the original item deducted from each refund. Refunds for cancellations received after August 20, 2026 (23:59 CET) will only be made in exceptional circumstances. Any cancellations due to visa requests being denied will be refunded based on the cancellation terms above.

Substitution Policy
All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address ieeepemc2026@publicon.ee no later than August 25, 2026. There will be an administrative fee of EUR €100 deducted from each substitution.

Data Processing Consent
Publicon, LLC will be managing this event and will be storing the data you enter on this form, on their registration platform, which is subject to strict guidelines in terms of security and accessibility. We will keep your data for the purposes of managing your event attendance and will not retain the data any longer than is reasonably necessary to manage this.
